The Pool

So I decided to add a conceptual zero gravity pool to my design.  It felt like something a supermodel's house would include and so I started thinking about how to add it in.  It gave me the opportunity to use slightly rougher and more organic blue foam shapes as well.

The idea was to have the pool element sort of wrapping itself on the inside of the model sort of like a helix.  I planned to cut a frame out of clear acrylic and then have the organic bluefoam piece sit on the inside.

I ran the shape through 123D Make to generate the plans for the laser cutter as well as provide assembly instructions.
