Tessellation - The Truncated Octahedron

I was looking at tessellating 3D shapes and decided that I liked the truncated octahedron because of the way that they joined together.

I tried a few ways of trying to make it, then discovered that it is just two square pyramids, one on top of the other, with the corners cut off.
