Each of the roof/wall/floor objects needed to be removed from the model and laid flat so that one of the faces was flush with the print bed. I also added in numbers for ease of assembly.
Here is what is looks like when scaled down to 1:100 and imported into the Makerware software. Since I need to print 36 of these, with an estimated print time of about 45 minutes each, I am going to set the layer thickness to 0.4mm. This will reduce the detail, but also halve the print time.
